A fast-ebbing tide and a lack of wind nixed Saturday's races for the America's Cup world series in New York Harbor. But there wasn't a complete failure to foil -- the catamarans got lift from team support boats with tow lines during a parade of sail, and some managed to ride the minimal gusts that reared up every now and then.
